Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability.

Pricing & Payment

Our prices are fixed and include vehicle fuel, driver services, and toll fees. There are no hidden costs.

• Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (€).
• Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
• We accept cash in MAD, EUR, USD, or GBP.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is flexible:

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Last Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup may be subject to a fee to cover driver costs.

Flight Delays & Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status using the flight number you provide.

• Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait for you at no extra cost.
• Waiting Time: We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport after your flight lands. For hotel pickups, we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time.

Luggage & Safety

Please inform us in advance if you have extra-large luggage (surfboards, golf bags, etc.) so we can provide the appropriate vehicle.

Child Seats: Baby seats and booster seats are available free of charge upon request. Please specify the child's age when booking.
